CANCELLATION POLICY

For Individual Bookings: (2-10 people)

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 2-6 days prior to the check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the check-in date will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking amount.

For Group Bookings (10+ people):

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made between 5 to 6 days prior to the check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the check-in date will incur a charge of 80% of the total booking amount.

• All eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.

• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment unless otherwise requested by the guest.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

• Certain promotional rates and packages may be non-refundable. Please review the terms and conditions of your booking carefully.

No-Show Policy:

• In the event of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

Changes in the number of guests: 

• Last minute changes (such as a day prior) will not be eligible for a refund. Therefore, the group must pay 100% charges of the people who have not arrived as planned. 

• Cancellations done 4 days prior are eligible for a full refund.

Room Type Changes:

• Requests for upgrades or changes to room types are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Special Circumstances

• In the event of a natural disaster, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide a refund or alternative booking options at our discretion.

Health and Safety:

• If you are unable to travel due to a medical emergency, we may offer a partial refund, or your booking can be adjusted to another date.
